The living/dining area has been furnished, regardless of cost, in a tasteful and contemporary style.
Adjoining the living area are two very large roof terraces with the largest set out as a roof garden. Both terraces have facilities for sunbathing and dining alfresco.

The second bedroom which is large enough to sleep two in either a double or twin beds, is off the living area, as is a toilet/shower room.

The master bedroom/suite, is on the third floor and is a very impressive room with large, triangular shaped windows. The room sleeps two or three and contains one double and one occasional single bed.

Underfloor heating, oak floors throughout, with entry via a secure intercom system to the first floor hallway with an impressive build quality throughout. An abundance of solid oak, stainless steel and glass contributes to a light, and very spacious Scandinavian style atmosphere.

The large living/eating area with an adjacent kitchen, looks out over Events Square to the Harbour and Marina. The kitchen contains the usual appliances, all new and of high quality.
